General registration is open from 1 April 2025 to 13 May 2025.

Student registration is open until 13 May 2025.

All registrations include:

  • attendance to all IPE Colloquium™ program sessions

  • morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea

  • social function after the IPE Colloquium

  • option to purchase an extra social ticket

Registration cancellation policy


Full cancellations must be advised in writing.

Cancellations received by Wednesday 30 April 2025 will receive a refund of registration fees, less an administrative charge of $25.00.

Registration fees will not be refunded after Wednesday 30 April 2025 unless extenuating circumstances apply and will be at the discretion of the IPE Colloquium™ Committee.

 

Registrations are transferable to a colleague at any time prior to the IPE Colloquium™ provided the Committee is advised of replacement in writing.

 

In the unfortunate event we cancel the IPE Colloquium™, you will receive a full refund.
