You can now access the virtual hub to have a look around. 

Please check your junk / spam folders for any emails from contact@ipecolloquium.com.

If you are attending face-to-face, you will also access the hub on your device to use the Q&A tool. You will scan a QR code at your tables.

Schedule appointments

Network with your colleagues, by using the 'schedule appointments' tool from the home screen.

Watch on-demand sessions

You can watch sessions on-demand a few days after the Colloquium has ended. Once we notify you, check the ‘All Sessions’ tab to replay the presentation at a time that is convenient for you.

Zoom Breakout Rooms

We've assigned you a 'breakout room' for some sessions. You will only briefly join these rooms to discuss topics. Each 'room' will have a dedicated facilitator to assist you.

FAQs

Q: I did not receive an SMS or email verification code.

A: Check spam and junk folders for the email. The email or text should be triggered in less than a minute. If you still do not receive the verification code or have any other technical issues, you can contact our support team at APCsupport@cvent.com or +61 3 7034 4184, 7.30am – 5.30pm AEST on 6 May.

Q: How do I ensure the best video experience?

A:  Just like any livestream, there are things you can do to ensure the best viewing experience. Make sure you have a strong internet connection. It also helps to close non-essential tabs in your browser. If you do experience buffering or your video freezes, reload the session page before contacting the Help Desk at APCsupport@cvent.com.

Q: I am getting "Website 404: Page not Found" error message.

A: Attendee Hub runs best on Google Chrome, if you are using a different web browser we recommend you switch.  If you're still experiencing the error: refresh your web-page, clear your cache and cookies, or try going into incognito mode.

Q: Why am I experiencing audio/visual delays?

A: Check your bandwidth speed to make sure you're not having issues with your connectivity.  Logging out and logging back in and disconnecting from the VPN have also been found to help in this instance.  If all else fails, sign on to the session from a different device. 

Q: Why am I unable to ask or post questions? 

A: Check to make sure you're not seeing any error messages on the page and reload the page.  If the issue still persists, take a screen shot and share with APCsupport@cvent.com .

Q: Is this session being recorded and will it be shared later?

A: Yes, the recording will be available in Attendee Hub a a few days after the event.
